1. Eligibility

Users must be at least 18 years old to use this app.
By registering, you confirm that the information provided is accurate and complete.

Users are required to provide a valid phone number and bank/UPI details for rewards transfer.
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.

Users can play games by adding money to their wallet through available payment methods.
The minimum amount to play is ₹5.
Winnings are credited to the user’s wallet on the same day.
Users can request a withdrawal to their bank/UPI account once the wallet balance reaches ₹500.
Only earned money can be withdrawn by users, not the money added by self.
All transactions are final, and no refunds will be processed unless due to a technical error from our end.

Any attempt to manipulate outcomes or misuse the app will result in account suspension or termination.
H S Enterprises reserves the right to investigate and take action against suspicious activity.

Jazz Desawar is provided on an "as-is" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or error-free functionality.
H S Enterprises will not be liable for any financial loss or misuse of the app due to user negligence.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app implies acceptance of the updated terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Jalandhar.
